This is my home city but at the time of this gig i was 12 years old & it was another year before i became aware of James so hearing this bootleg for the first time this evening is special. The band stayed this night in the city’s Great Northern Hotel which is only a 5 minute walk from where i lived at the time so was gutted to find out i had missed this.
The gig location was officially called The Victoria Hotel but Widley known as The Venue & is now named The Douglas but sadly no longer host gigs.
